When Should I Place My Order?

We need at least two weeks to make sure we can source your flowers. We prefer three or more. Something else to consider is design space and cooler space. Order early to make sure we can fit you in!

What Else Do I Need To Know?
  • Bring a team of your favorite 4-8 people. **Children under the age of 13 cannot attend, sorry its an insurance thing!
  • This is a work session, it is super fun, but it is not party... If you are wanting a floral design party, please call our shop and we can schedule that!
  • Your flower coach is there to teach, guide, and inspire. Just like a coach on a sports team. They are not there to do all the flower arranging.
  • You can purchase extra flowers to customize your DIY package.
What is included in my DIY Wedding Flowers Kit?

We designed the DIY Wedding Flower Kits to be as flexible as possible. Supplies and vases/vessels are sold separate to give you as much creative freedom as possible. That said, it can be a lot, we get it. Don't worry though, your flower coach will help make sure you have everything you need during your phone consultation.

When do people usually come in for their DIY Wedding Flowers Session?

We host DIY Sessions mornings, afternoon, and evenings Tuesday - Thursday. We also host Friday mornings.

Do you offer guidance on arranging the flowers?

Absolutely! Each DIY Wedding Flower Kit comes with detailed instructions and tips for designing your flowers! Additionally, we provide a Flower Coach to assist you and your team in the creation of all elements for your big day. **Think of your flower coach as you flower spirit animal - there to guide you and help you avoid missteps, but not there to take your journey!

What is your refund policy?

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, and the fact that we have to order them in advance, refunds cannot be issued once we are within three weeks of your wedding date.

What is the best way to transport my arranged flowers to the wedding venue?

Transport your arranged flowers in a cool, air-conditioned vehicle. Place them in boxes or containers that keep them stable and prevent damage. ***Do not leave flowers in a vehicle any longer than it takes to drive them directly to the venue.

We offer delivery, for a fee, on a first come - first served basis.

My wedding date is a long way off, can I reserve my space with a partial payment?

Absolutely, contact us at 21petalsflowerfarm@gmail.com and we can arrange to take a $500 deposit to reserve your spot!
